In short: Podiatry Healthcare Group has four clinics across Melbourne — Burwood East, Clayton, St Helena and Windsor. Windsor, St Helena and Burwood East take online bookings; Clayton books by phone on (03) 9013 9795. The same podiatrists and the same treatments are available across the group, and your records move with you.
Which clinic should you choose?
Whichever is easiest to get to. There is no difference in the standard of care between our clinics, and your records are shared across the group, so you can book wherever suits you on the day — near home one week, near work the next.
Two things are worth knowing. Our Windsor clinic has lift access, which matters if stairs are difficult for you, and it is the clinic most associated with our GenesisPlus laser work. Our St Helena clinic is the most convenient option for Melbourne’s north east.
How booking works at each clinic
Windsor, St Helena and Burwood East run live online calendars, so you can see genuine availability and book instantly through our booking page. Clayton operates inside a larger medical centre and takes bookings by phone, which also lets us match you to the right practitioner and appointment length.
Clayton, and part of the week at Burwood East, run on a fortnightly rota rather than every week. If you are planning around a particular day, it is worth a quick call to check which week is which.
Parking, transport and access
Burwood East sits inside the Burwood One shopping centre next to Aldi, so parking is straightforward. Clayton is a short walk from Clayton station and close to Monash University. Windsor is near Windsor station and the Chapel Street tram routes, with a lift to Level 1. If you have specific access needs, call us before you book and we will tell you exactly what to expect.
